The bottle sits right next to my stove now because this holds up beautifully when I sear and roast at high heat without any burnt taste. My roasted vegetables come out with a cleaner, fruitier finish than they ever did with my old bottle.

I've been using this for roasting and grilling almost daily since it arrived, and the bottle design makes pouring just the right amount so much easier than my old oil. It handles high heat without smoking up the kitchen, which is exactly what I need for weeknight dinners.

The peppery kick when I roasted veggies at high heat was exactly what I needed, and the smoke point held up beautifully without any burnt aftertaste. This is now my go-to for every pan I own, and the batch I got tastes fresher than supermarket bottles that’ve sat for months.
