Set Iniziale Extra Vergine

The peppery finish on the Original EV is honestly addictive drizzled over warm bread, and I like that it's high-antioxidant without tasting bitter. The subscription setup means I'm never stuck with an old, flat bottle again.

The very first time I drizzled this over a warm pan of cherry tomatoes, the kitchen smelled like a Mediterranean vacation. It’s bright and peppery on the finish, and the bottle design makes pouring a slow, controlled stream easy. This set has officially replaced my everyday cooking oil.

The high-antioxidant claim is what sold me, and I’ve been drizzling this over salads every night since the box arrived—it’s noticeably fresher than what I grab at the supermarket. Sizzling it in a pan for eggs gives a nice, clean flavor boost too.
