Original Balsamic Vinegar (8oz)

I drizzled this over fresh tomatoes and mozzarella and it was noticeably sweeter than the cheap stuff I usually grab. The depth of flavor really comes through without any harsh bite, and a little goes a long way.

The thickness alone sets this apart—it coats a spoon beautifully and pours like syrup. I've been drizzling it over strawberries and even a bit of vanilla ice cream, and that sweetness with the deep tang is exactly what I hoped for from Modena.

This has completely replaced the cheap stuff I used to drizzle on salads. The sweetness is so balanced with that tangy depth, and you can really tell it’s from Modena just by the rich, syrupy texture it leaves on the spoon. Half a bottle gone in a week.
