Greek Herb & Lemon Olive Oil

The lemon and herb flavor is strong enough that I stopped making my own vinaigrette entirely — just a splash on greens is enough. Bottle's a bit smaller than I expected for the price, but the taste makes up for it.

I've been drizzling this over roasted vegetables and even simple grilled chicken, and the herb and lemon notes make it feel like a restaurant-quality finishing touch without any extra effort. The flavor is balanced enough that I don't need to add vinegar or salt to my salads anymore.

The lemon comes through bright but not sharp, and it’s saved me from making a separate dressing more nights than I’d admit. Even a plain pile of greens tastes like something intentional with this on top.
