碎橘子醋

The tangerine flavor is bright and genuinely tangy, and I like that there's no added sugar hiding in it. I've been drizzling it over roasted carrots and it works, though the sweetness is subtle enough that I sometimes add a little honey. Good, just not as punchy as I expected.

I was skeptical about a three-ingredient vinegar being this flavorful, but the crushed tangerine gives it a bright, natural sweetness that works great drizzled over roasted veggies. Only wish the bottle were a bit bigger for the price.

The tartness really wakes up a salad dressing, and it’s sweet enough that I don’t miss added sugar. I do wish the bottle had a wider mouth for pouring, but the clean taste makes up for it.
