Extra virgin olivenolje shot (3 måneder)

I actually look forward to this shot every morning now, and the peppery kick at the back of my throat tells me it's the real stuff, not some diluted blend. Three months in and my digestion feels noticeably calmer, which I wasn't expecting from something so simple.

The little bottle cap is a lifesaver for my morning routine—no sticky mess, just a quick shot before coffee. I’ve noticed my skin feels less dry these past few weeks, which I’m crediting to the polyphenols. It’s peppery going down, but that actually makes it feel more legit.

Three months in and my digestion is noticeably smoother, which I wasn't expecting from just a spoonful of oil. The glass bottle keeps it fresh, and the peppery finish makes it feel like a real daily ritual rather than a chore.
