Extra virgin olivenolje shot

I was skeptical about drinking olive oil straight, but this goes down smooth with just a slight peppery kick at the end. The 1,000 mg/kg polyphenol count is why I keep buying it—nice to actually see the number on the label. Two weeks in and my afternoon energy slump is noticeably better.

The morning ritual is complete now—one tiny shot before coffee and I actually feel like my gut settled by lunch. Knowing each bottle carries over 1,000 mg/kg of polyphenols makes it easy to justify the habit, and the flavor is bold enough to remind you it's real.

That little bottle is surprisingly potent — one shot in the morning and I can feel it’s doing something good. The 1,000+ mg/kg polyphenol number sold me, and it’s an easy way to hit my daily antioxidant goal without pouring oil over everything.
